What was the highlight of Vistamare Suite Hotel
It is an alright-fine hotel and beach but for about 400 euro a night, hmmm nah.
Has a semi-private beach, a large restaurant, the breakfast is adequate and alright, covers your expectations. Swimming pool is alright, had a very small gym with very basic weights and stuff. The location is alright, nearby supermarkets and restaurants, but if I go there next time, I will book in nearby town of Cervia. The hotel rooms are big enough very, very large balcony for some reason but whatever. It is clean and quiet and there is no bar or disco around to disturb you.
The breakfast gets very boring after 2 days, almost the same every day, they ran out of eggs and staff so quickly, and we constantly had to tell them to refill or provide more. Very odd and small reception place. The parking inside the hotel parking is not free, 20 euro a night, we had to park inside the street which was luckily free during the week, but over the weekend it is not. Using the swimming pool and beach are not free, and they consistently suggested us to book a KING-BED to use them. On the second day our air conditioning stopped working and had to report and complain many times until reception forced to call technical guy to fix it, the technician fixed the AC, but we didn't have hot water for shower next morning. The staff did not bother to mention it or apologize like it is a normal occurrence. I argued with them this is not a 400 euro room in 4 start hotel service, but whatever we lost our time and comfort that we cannot take back.

A hotel literally on the beach. Nice to hear the sound of the waves Excellent breakfast.
Extremely warm room. Side view... better opt for a sea facing room next time.
